Robic’s expert in the field of sports nutrition, Nancy van den Burg, can help you make the right choices. Nutritional Dietician Nancy is specialised in the field of sports nutrition and races herself in the ladies’ peloton as part of the Restore formation. The unique aspect of her supervision is that the diet schedules are tailored to the prescribed training sessions in TrainingPeaks. She not only considers your daily diet, but also nutrition before, during and after races.

The supervision period lasts for three months. During this period, you will learn how to deal with nutrition and how it can help you to improve your performance. During the nutritional coaching, you will record everything you eat. Every two weeks, you will have contact with our dietician, who will provide you with feedback on your diet log book. After three months, you will not only have achieved your goal, but you will have learned how to properly plan your diet.
